Pricing Errors
If we do manage to make a mistake by pricing an item incorrectly, Epic has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the wrong price. We will contact you once the error has been noticed. Epic has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Epic will immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the charge.
