Delivery

We use Royal Mail to send out your bits and pieces, and charge a flat rate of £2.50 for delivery, so there is no nasty surprises at the checkout page of our site. We don’t add up postage costs per order, so add as many items as you want and still pay only £2.50!
Nice and simple, we like it that way.

Items on a next day delivery will require a signature on receipt. Tracked Delivery does not require a signature.

Delivery Times

Items ordered before 1.00pm will be sent that afternoon, subject to stock availability. Orders made after 1.00pm will be sent the following day.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email or phone. All delivery days are based on standard working days (Monday – Friday). Special delivery orders must be made before 1:00pm to be delivered before 5:30pm the following working day, otherwise items will be sent on the next working day.
Once your order has been sent you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

Returns and Exchanges

Epic wants you to be happy with the things you buy from us. Happy means that you like to come back again and again, and you tell all sorts of people how fantastic we are.
However if on the rare occasion you are unhappy with an item we have sent, you have 14 days to send it back. We can then send out an replacement, or maybe an alternative, or if you like, we will refund you.

We cant accept any returns that have arrived without prior warning. Email us or call us to let us know what the story is please. Items must be unused, with the tags still on, and sent with the original receipt (Its unfair to ask us to sell 2nd hand stuff). Keep the original packaging to send it back. We do not pay for your return postage, and we recommend that you track the delivery.

Returns procedure

1. Get in touch, call the epicentre on 028 95 812510, or email us via shop{at}epicstore.co.uk
2. Carefully package up your item(s).
3. Send it back to us, (with the receipt please) using the return address specified on the postage sticker on the bag your goods were delivered in.
4. If its a replacement, we’ll send it out as soon as we can, and we’ll cover the postage. If its a exchange for an item(s) of a different price, we’ll get in touch via email or phone to refund the difference or set up a new transaction for the outstanding amount. Then its off to the mail room for your parcel.
5. Hopefully that will have nailed the issue. If there is anything else we can help with, you can talk or email us again. (we don’t mind)

The Small Print

Epic reserves the right to change orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Epic does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. If you happen to order an item that is out of stock, we will get in touch (promptly).

Delivery time exceptions

Royal Mail delivers to of 99.9 out of 100 homes. We think thats pretty good, but there are some places in the UK where delivery will take a little longer, like very remote areas such as Scottish Islands.
