We accept the following cards for payment using the Paypal  interface. It doesn't matter if you don't have a Paypal account either, just enter your details on the left hand side instead. We can accept the following methods of payment:

Is my information and transaction secure?

Your bank details are processed off-site by Paypal to ensure your security. Epic does not store any of your bank details. 

 

How can I check the security on my computer?

When entering any payment information, you should see an https:// instead of an http:// prefix before the browser address. Also, you should see either a padlock or key symbol on the lower right or left section of your browser window. This padlock shows that your details are collected using 128 bit SSL technology. Always use an updated Firewall on your computer, and maintain your anti-virus protection.

What is Verified by Visa/3D Secure?

Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode (3D Secure) are the latest fraud prevention initiatives launched by Visa and MasterCard.
Once you have put in all your card and address details on the payment screen, click the ‘confirm’ button to verify your details. Verified by Visa and Mastercard 3D secure will prompt you to enter your password/PIN number. They may also prompt you to register your card if you haven’t used it for verified by Visa/3D Secure transactions before. Check out Visa or Mastercard’s corporate websites for more information on these new anti-fraud services.

If you have been issued with a discount code, please enter it into the very last screen, after going through Paypal. Here's a preview of how it looks:


Confirmation emails

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt number after purchasing. If you do not receive notification please let us know!
Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will receive another email with your tracking information (if applicable).
