About Rapanui
Rapanui clothing is about making cool eco-fashion for young people; that means clothing that is eco-friendly, ethical and sustainable.
Brothers Mart and Rob Drake-Knight started up Rapanui in early 2008. The duo design their range on the Isle of Wight with the help of a growing band of Rapanui-ites, then produce it from natural organic fabrics in a Fair Wear Foundation audited, wind powered factory.
Rapanui states: "It's not that people don't care about child labour, the environment, our climate, it's just they don't know. At Rapanui we make it easier for people to see where clothing comes from and how it is made so they can make informed choices. It's called Traceability."
